Here at Au Naturelle we believe that wellness starts from the inside out; that’s why we decided at the beginning of our Au Naturelle journey to introduce herbal teas to complement our existing wellness range.
We wanted our tea range to align with our existing Magnesium range, Calm, Recovery and Dream, so we looked individually at the therapeutic benefits that we wanted to achieve from each tea. It was also important that the tea was 100% Organic and Australian made. So then began our journey into finding a partner who shared our vision and ethical principles.
After much research, many conversations and testing and rejecting products we got down to two potential partners. Then late one night when comparing the two, we read something that stopped us in our tracks. We had a moment, a point in time when we held our breath, and just knew we had found the company we wanted to partner with…Synergy Group, a not for profit organisation offering supported employment for people living with disabilities.
This resonates with us on a very personal level, having family with disabilities ourselves we know how important being given the opportunity of meaningful employment is. From the friendships that can be made in the workforce, to having a purpose and being valued in doing a job that they can be proud of.
So we made the decision to partner with Synergy Group and our Calm, Recover and Sleep Tea was born.
Our tea range tastes amazing, is 100% Organic and full of Natural Australian Botanicals, but best of all its blended by hand and made with love.

About Synergy Group
Synergy Group is a not-for-profit organisation offering supported employment and has been in operation from 1969. They are committed to making a change for people with disabilities by offering them safe, inclusive employment. It can be extremely difficult for those living with permanent disabilities to secure and maintain a job in open employment. Synergy Group provides meaningful employment and education for all their employees within their facility. They are understandably proud of their supported employees and the work they do every day.
